Information on data processing

We operate an information security management system (ISMS) according to DIN EN ISO 27001:2017, extended by data protection according to DIN EN ISO 27701:2021.
The selection of our cloud partner is based on strict criteria in the areas of technical implementation competence, cost, reliability and performance, security, and geographical presence.

• As the market leader in cloud infrastructure, AWS meets these criteria.

• Contractual agreements between AWS and S&B ensure data protection-compliant processing of your data. For the use of the AWS Cloud, S&B has concluded a contract for commissioned data processing with the Luxembourg subsidiary of AWS in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO and only uses the AWS Cloud in European data centres.

• S&B Parking Solutions nevertheless remains independent in the selection of the cloud partner and implements measures to avoid a so-called vendor lock-in. S&B Parking Solution uses its own technical and organisational measures, such as encrypting data during transmission and storage in accordance with recognised industry standards and processing it only in secure systems in the cloud.
