Home, workplace, leisure - mixed-use properties combine all of them under one roof and have therefore one of the most economical building utilisations. However, the parking space management of such complexes can rarely offer a similar flexibility as the use itself. We change that with parkoneer.
We optimise parking management for mixed use so that everyone who uses the residential, work and leisure facilities of mixed-use properties, benefits from the dynamisation of the parking space. The precondition for this is the optimal utilisation control of the available parking space and the different as well as discontinuous mobility behaviour of potential parkers.
A smart digital parking management system results in an increase in efficiency and improved occupancy. Especially in buildings with several organisational units, e.g. tenants of office space, our parkoneer system supports the simple control of the entire area. This is possible due to the multi-client capability.
The multi-client capability allows the individual units to manage their contingents of the parking area completely independently within the time and capacity constraints.
For instance, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., 300 parking spaces are available for employees and 30 for visitors. For the time after work, a larger share is released for residents.
For other facilities in the mixed-use building - such as gyms, cinemas, etc. - parking rights are allocated for the respective core hours. This way, all users can find a parking space when they need it.
