Deutsche Rückversicherung, headquartered in Düsseldorf, has opted for our solution to offer its employees and visitors a first-class parking experience. The parking area, as part of a multi-company office building, is used by eleven tenants, which can manage themselves independently thanks to the multi-tenant function.

The parking system not only optimizes the use of available parking spaces, but also simplifies day-to-day operations. Instead of the plastic parking cards previously used by parkers to enter and access the parking garage, a modern, environmentally friendly solution is being used. This replaces the physical cards and ensures more user-friendly and sustainable management of the parking spaces.

A particular highlight of the project is the connection of smart door readers. They offer convenient and secure access control, enabling users to park smoothly and securely while increasing convenience and security in the parking garage.

The flexible management of the parking space is particularly interesting. Each rental unit is allocated its own parking quota, which can be managed independently. In this case, over 10 companies take advantage of the opportunity to easily issue parking permits to their employees and visitors - without any central administration. The operators only determine at the beginning how many parking spaces each company is entitled to. From then on, the rental units can take over management independently, which ensures greater efficiency and flexibility in operation.
