This means that parkoneer can be used on the device of your choice - be it a laptop, desktop PC, tablet or smartphone. Our software offer goes far beyond the standard - right from the start, you have access to basic functions for digital parking management as well as functionalities such as payment, analytics, reporting, account management by parkers and much more. And all this is accessible and included at no additional cost and without the need to book modules. In our SaaS package, all functions are included right from the start. The operation is always simple and clear. In addition, you always automatically use the latest software version.
The management of your parking space is purely digital with our solution: no tickets, no transponders, no plastic cards and no additional IT infrastructure are necessary. In addition, it does not matter whether a single person or several manage the parking area. Let's assume, for example, that the parking area is part of an office complex with several tenants. Thanks to multi-client capability, all tenants can be assigned a part of the parking area, which they then manage completely independently.

With parkoneer, the administration of private parking spaces in connection with our hardware setup is easy and uncomplicated. You quickly get to your individually designable dashboard with all functions - you find everything within one application. From here you can e.g.

Everything in flow - the user profiles
Thanks to our booking platform for parkers, they can fully manage themselves and conveniently book their desired parking period. Who is authorized to park in the space and who has which booking options, i.e. parking profiles, can be individually defined in advance by the parking management. In the portal, parkers can also enter their personal data, in particular the license plates that are to be authorized for entry. They can also store payment data there and adjust it if a fee is charged for parking in the space.
Everything at a glance - the analysis
You want to know exactly how many parking transactions there were and how high the utilization of the parking area is? Use the analysis and reporting functions as well as alarms and notifications. You always have full control over your parking area and can track all parking processes in detail. For example, you can see on which days and at which times the parking area is particularly busy or rather empty and when the highest entry and exit traffic prevails. Or you can be notified as soon as the pre-registered visitor has entered the parking area. Notifications also inform you immediately if there is an unforeseen event in the entry and exit lanes. You can summarize much of the information in clear reports and make them available to third parties.
