CBRE B.V., part of the CBRE Group, the world's largest real estate service provider and investor, operates a multi-company office building in Utrecht with over 20 tenants. Now the car park management was to be modernised and made more efficient. One of the focal points was the management of the car park by the tenants themselves. CBRE found the solution in parkoneer.
Our parkoneer system makes it easy to manage the car park(s) in buildings with several office units. The special feature: The management of the car park can be transferred to the companies renting space in the building on the basis of allocated parking space quotas. This is also the case here, where over 20 companies have a number of parking spaces allocated to them, which they manage themselves. This allows them to easily issue parking authorisations to their employees and visitors without having to contact a central parking space management. At the beginning, operators only have to define which tenants are entitled to how many spaces and can then leave the further management to them.
