Moenchengladbach, 09 March 2023 - dormakaba International Holding AG and Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Solutions announce the conclusion of a cooperation to create a joint solution for People & Car Access. The cooperation provides the integration of the Scheidt & Bachmann access solution "parkoneer" into the dormakaba access systems "exos" and "MATRIX". The cooperation has been officially in force since March 6, 2023.

Modern office work increasingly thrives on flexible workplaces, an associated unsteady mobility pattern and the desire for employees to organize themselves. dormakaba and Scheidt & Bachmann are addressing these trends by fully digitizing access systems to enable seamless access from the parking lot to the desk.

The digitization and dynamization of parking

The parkoneer solution combines Scheidt & Bachmann's in-house hardware in a compact setup consisting of a barrier, camera and a control unit with QR code scanner and intercom. Access is granted to pre-registered users via license plate recognition. All parking processes are managed intuitively via the parkoneer software - purely web-based and on any terminal device.
Lean, digital processes reduce the administrative effort. In addition, parkoneer enables dynamic allocation of parking spaces and thus minimizes fluctuations in capacity utilization.
